Motorcycle Technician – Full time

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Perform all levels of maintenance, repairs, etc. on new and pre-owned motorcycles
    • Install OEM and aftermarket accessories.
    • Ability to evaluate/diagnose a motorcycle and clearly articulate your findings and recommendations.
    • Diagnose, repair and maintain motorcycles is an efficient manner.
    • Follow a structured service process.
  • Qualifications & Job Requirements::
    • Our multi-line dealership consists of BMW & Triumph – the ideal candidate would have experience on
      one or both of these brands.
    • MMI or equivalent motorcycle manufacturer certifications
    • Dependable, reliable, and punctual with regards to scheduling.
    • Organized and self-motivated.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
    • Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement, clean driving record
    • Focus on quality and customer service, strive for minimal call backs
  • Physical Demands::
    • The noise level in the service department is usually loud
    • Requires the use of both hands
    • Requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching, and lifting of 45lbs
    • Requires the ability to balance, push and operate heavy/tall motorcycles
    • Typically working within a climate-controlled environment, however some tasks will require you to be outside in varying weather conditions
  • Pay Structure::
    • Hourly base plus efficiency/productivity bonuses
Motorcycle Wash/Detailer – Hours Negotiable

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Keep new and pre-owned motorcycles showroom-ready with cleaning and detailing.
    • Support the sales and service departments quickly as needs arise, with respect to cleaning, surface treatments, etc.
    • Assist with receiving and uncrating new vehicles.
    • Occasionally assist with general store duties and maintenance
  • Qualifications & Job Requirements::
    • Dependable, reliable and punctual with regards to scheduling.
    • Organization and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable multi-tasking
    • Follow a structured service/detailing process
    • Valid driver’s license required – motorcycle endorsement preferred.
  • Physical Demands::
    • The noise level in the service department is usually loud.
    • Requires the use of both hands
    • Requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching and lifting of 45lbs
    • Requires the ability to balance, push and arrange heavy/tall motorcycles

Parts & Inventory Associate – Full Time

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and assess and advise on their parts needs.
    • Coordinate with sales and service departments to provide accurate estimates and timelines.
    • Process invoices and payments.
    • Properly package and ship orders daily.
    • Order, receive, and manage inventory of motorcycle parts and accessories
    • Ensure parts areas and showroom displays are organize, clean, and properly inventoried.
  • Qualifications & Job Requirements::
    • Previous experience in a motorcycle dealership or automotive service environment preferred
    • Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn inventory and dealership management software (e.g., Lightspeed, CDK, etc.)
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for motorcycles and riding is highly desirable
  • Physical Demands::
    • Requires frequent bending, crouching, reaching and lifting of 45lbs
    • Typically working within a climate-controlled environment, however some tasks will require you to be outside in varying weather conditions
    • Prolonged periods working on a compute

Motorcycle Sales Associate – Full Time

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
    • Guide customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and closing the sale.
    • Prepare and present sales proposals, including detailed quotes and trade-in evaluations
    • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements in alignment with dealership policies and customer satisfaction
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the dealership’s vehicle inventory and provide accurate information and advice to customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
    • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, new model releases, and competitive products
    • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance.
    • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of transactions and approvals.
    • Participate in dealership events, promotions, etc. to promote the dealership and its offerings
  • Qualifications & Job Requirements::
    • Qualifications & Job Requirements:
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
    • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record, motorcycle endorsement preferred
    • Pass a background check in order to obtain state sales license
    • Proficiency in using modern technology, experience with or ability to quickly learn CRM systems, dealership software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Passion for motorcycles and riding
  • Physical Demands::
    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout retail space.
    • Requires the ability to balance, push, arrange, and operate heavy/tall motorcycles.
